What organisations
typically ask.
Do employees need to believe in it for it to work?
No. The N9 delivers patterned light and sound that the brain processes involuntarily. It isn't a placebo that requires belief and it isn't a biofeedback device that requires practice. The experience is perceptible from the very first session regardless of prior experience with meditation, breathwork or wellness practices.
Do we need to purchase devices to get started?
No — not for Packages 01, 02 or 03. The Corporate Reset Activation, Executive Clarity Session and Team Wellness Day are all service-based: we bring the devices, run the sessions, and handle everything. There is no device purchase required to book any of these.
Package 04 (Recurring Corporate Wellness Program) is different. If you want weekly or monthly sessions permanently embedded in your office, that requires either purchasing a small fleet (from 5 devices) or entering a subscription arrangement that includes device loan. We'll discuss the right structure on the discovery call.
Can we experience the device personally before booking a package?
Yes. A single Neurovizr N9 Experience Pack is available at USD $699 at order.neurovizrmena.com. Most corporate bookings come from someone who tried the device personally first. Once you've felt it yourself, the case to your team writes itself.
Is there any medical screening required for employees?
The N9 is a wellness device, not a medical device. It is not suitable for individuals with epilepsy or photosensitive seizure history. We provide a health waiver that employees should review before their first session, and onboarding includes a clear explanation of who should not use it. The full waiver is at go.neurovizrmena.com.
How does shipping and support work across multiple offices?
We ship from within the MENA region to all countries we cover: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and more. For multi-site deployments, we coordinate phased delivery and can stagger onboarding sessions. Your account manager handles all logistics centrally so you don't have to.
