NeuroVIZR MENA supports qualified partners with a practical evaluation path, but devices cannot be handed out without payment. A paid refundable order keeps the process professional, protects inventory, and gives both sides a clear record of the trial.
The device is shipped as a standard retail order. You receive the N9 experience pack, evaluate it inside your organisation, and then decide whether to move forward with a clinic or partner model.
Billed at full retail price. The NeuroVIZR N9 product price of USD 699 is refundable under the Partner Trial terms after approved return and inspection.
You are protected on the device value itself. Only external costs may be non-refundable, such as return shipping, customs or taxes where applicable, and card or payment processing fees. These charges are outside the product price and may vary by country, courier, and payment method.

The Partner Trial Money-Back Guarantee is designed to make evaluation safe and transparent while protecting the device, inventory, and commercial process. Refund eligibility is subject to the conditions below.
- The trial device must be ordered and paid for through the official NeuroVIZR MENA order page.
- The order is billed at the full retail price per device. This is not a free loan, free sample, or unpaid demo placement.
- The 14-day trial period begins on the confirmed delivery date.
- A return request must be submitted before the end of the 14-day trial period and before shipping the device back.
- Returns sent without prior approval or return instructions may not be accepted.
- The device must be returned complete, undamaged, and in good working condition, including packaging, accessories, carry case, and any included materials.
- The trial is intended for internal partner evaluation. Public commercial use, paid client sessions, events, rentals, resale activity, or external demonstrations may require prior approval or a signed partner agreement.
- For satisfaction-based returns, the refundable amount applies to the NeuroVIZR N9 product price of USD 699 per device, subject to approved return and inspection.
- Return shipping, customs, duties, taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party or non-product charges are not part of the refundable product amount unless otherwise agreed in writing. These costs vary by country, courier, and payment method.
- If the device arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, NeuroVIZR MENA will support the return or replacement process in line with its standard warranty and fulfilment procedures.
- Eligible product refunds are processed after the returned device is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued back through the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing timelines may vary.
- NeuroVIZR MENA may decline a refund if the device is missing, damaged, misused, incomplete, returned late, or returned outside the approved instructions.
